Protect your confidential and sensitive data with ViewONE Pro’s new Permanent Redactions SDK
ViewONE Pro’s new Permanent Redactions Server Module is the latest in a line of optional modules and toolkits to extend the world’s leading thin-client image viewing and annotation tool. This Module adds a new ‘burn’ button to the annotations interface, which allows users to permanently fix a redaction onto any of ViewONE Pro's 300+ supported file formats including TIFF, PDF, Word & AutoCAD and now enables PDF redaction. The annotation data is passed from the client to the Server Module library, which then ‘burns in’ the redaction and outputs a new TIFF or PDF file, ideal for distribution outside of the enterprise or for use as the secure, default version for general access internally.
Powerful multi-function image viewers ViewONE Pro® and ViewONE® have been developed to be easily deployed in any web environment to allow online viewing, annotation (mark-up) & redaction of PDF, TIF, JPG, plus a wide range of other supported formats, all with no client installation. Licensed by the server, rather than the user, they are the only truly affordable, scalable professional viewing solutions.
The 500+ configuration options built into the viewers mean that each is completely customizable to your needs and can be deployed in web sites, intranets, extranets, bespoke web applications and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems, such as those from FileNet/IBM, EMC Documentum, OpenText, Vignette and Oracle/Stellent.
